When I got consultations at other places, they didn't listen enough to my situation, so I had a lot to worry about, but here they listened carefully to the direction I wanted and gave appropriate explanations, which made me trust them. Rather than making burdensome or excessive recommendations, they calmly guided me based on my condition and what I wanted, so I could consult comfortably. I felt their professionalism and trustworthiness, and I think this is a place I want to keep consulting with. This was the most satisfying dermatology consultation I had.
