The first time I went, I didn't consult with the director right away, but had a consultation with the assistant director first. She was kind enough in her own way?? But after paying and getting treatment, each time I got laser treatment, a different director performed it, and I was like, what is this? Then I thought maybe they rotate each day. There was one director I liked, but honestly I was lying down and only hearing their voice while getting treated, so I didn't really know who they were, and as soon as treatment was over I left. I also got the Blivy injection on different days, and the director was different each time. I don't know what kind of setup this is.
