This is a place I hesitate to revisit because I found it disappointing in many ways. The director was gentle and thorough and was fine, but the assistant kept touching their phone in the procedure room and, with the hand that had been on the phone, didn’t even sanitize and touched my face again. Hygiene was a zero. The bed was dirty too. It was uncomfortable all by itself. Maybe because there weren’t enough people in the treatment room, it was cramped and looked extremely busy, and when I asked the assistant about something I was curious about, they gave a vague answer and their knowledge wasn’t professional, which was disappointing. It wasn’t like this before.. Maybe they decided on a high-volume, low-margin approach, but even though they’re a board-certified dermatologist, the low price is a plus, so I went accepting those mediocre points for the sake of value. Still, there were more Chinese patients than before, and it’s a shame that it’s becoming more and more factory-like. I think it’s not bad if you have a specific treatment in mind and don’t need major aesthetic judgment or deep consultation, like skin boosters, Botox injections, or general laser treatments, but today’s visit was very disappointing.
