The staff are really kind, both of them ~ The doctor has a slightly blunt way of speaking, but after looking at my nose condition, he briefly explained only the surgical method and after that the staff handled the detailed pricing and schedule. I didn't ask any special questions, so it was short, but they were kind I didn't have to wait much
