They pointed out all the flaws in my eyes that I had thought about my whole life, without making me feel bad. The chief doctor is kind and warm. However, there was a slight push for a same-day booking discount? Anyway, they wanted me to book on the same day, so I just didn't. I'm not sure, but I think they didn't take a deposit for the first consultation!
