Using my forehead and glabella to force my eyes open (forehead wrinkles started in middle school) Had severe ptosis - Got it done once about 1 to 2 years ago, and proceeded with my original hidden double eyelid as it was My eye-opening force seemed to get better, but after a few months it went back to the same as before - Got it done again about 6 months ago, this time with the line set a bit higher The force for opening my eyes has definitely improved (but I still use my forehead muscles to open them; if before it felt like 90%, now it feels like about 40%)
