메디아트클리닉 — patient report

메디아트클리닉

I was born with no facial volume, and on top of that I also had braces, so even though I’m only in my early 20s, my front cheeks, side cheeks, and nasolabial area are sunken. So I went thinking about Juvellook Volume. The staff were all kind and gentle. Here, the system is that you consult with the doctor first and then the manager. First of all, the doctor looked absolutely exhausted, like he wanted to go home. He did answer everything when I asked, though. He’s an honest type and doesn’t pressure you into procedures. He directly told me that collagen injections like Juvellook Volume or Sculptra would need at least 3 sessions to get a satisfying amount of volume. After the doctor consultation ended, I consulted with the manager, who recommended Ollidia, a domestic collagen injection similar to Juvellook Volume. It’s cheaper, and they said the effect wouldn’t be worse than Juvellook, so as a new worker, I got tempted and chose Ollidia ㅋ Before the procedure, I put on numbing cream for about 20 minutes. They showed me the medicine before the procedure. Wow, when the anesthetic shot went in I thought I was going to die, it hurt like hell. I’ve only had lip filler before, and this hurt more than lip filler. Of course lip filler hurt too, but for me anything done to the skin hurts more... Then they injected the medicine into my nasolabial folds and front cheeks with a cannula, and I could hear crackling sounds. But it didn’t hurt. The hellish 20 minutes passed; it was so damn throbbing. I know the doctor was doing it to stop the bleeding, but pressing on my face like kneading dough hurt even more..; Then they showed me a mirror and, wow, the volume was filled in really well (though it was just a temporary effect that would disappear in a week...) After the doctor left, a nurse? stopped the bleeding and put on something like Medifoam. When I left, they gave me the Medifoam and a prescription. There’s a pharmacy on the 8th floor of this hospital ㅇㅇ This is a review from two days after the procedure, and I don’t think I’ll ever do it again because it hurt too much. Damn... I didn’t expect instant volume, but the nasolabial fold line was still there;;; I heard that because everyone’s nasolabial folds are different, there are three ways to treat them: lifting for folds that should be removed by lifting, filling volume for folds that should be removed by filling, and removing the slightly bulging flesh above the folds very subtly. Mine is probably the type that should be removed with lifting. I realized that after getting this done ㅋㅋ What a mess. On top of that, it’s such bad value for money;; It hurts, it’s expensive, and you need 3 sessions;; ridiculous. I’m just going to save up that money and get radiofrequency lifting or Juvellook plus Potenza skin Botox instead.
