They shape the line with a toothpick. The consultation takes about 3 minutes? You go straight into the consultation with the director, and they don’t really say anything special. If I ask, "Should I also do the inner corner?" they just say okay.. You need to understand your own eyes before going. The friendliness is neither rude nor especially kind. There is no kindness that calms your anxiety.
