The buried suture technique is really good. No one knows I had it done, and even when I close my eyes or look from any angle, there's no sign at all and no visible line of scar. I requested a thin, natural outer line, and for the epicanthoplasty I asked them to make it really minimal, up until just before the surgery because of the Mongolian fold. It was done under local anesthesia.
