My nose bridge was low and the tip was too bulbous, so I got both Hiko and filler at the same time. I'm satisfied with the result, but after the procedure they told me to look at my face in the mirror, and at first it was slightly crooked, so I asked them to fix it right away. It's been a while now and it still seems to be holding up well, and I don't think there was anything particularly uncomfortable.
