My eyes naturally opened wide toward the outer corners, so I didn't need to have a canthoplasty. However, the spacing at the inner corners of my eyes was wide, so the distance between my eyes looked somewhat farther apart than normal, giving me a dull expression. They recommended epicanthoplasty, and I am satisfied because they did it well without making it too much.
