It was a weekday afternoon, and maybe they had just woken up from a nap, they consulted me half-asleep, which was awkward;.... Then they explained things by drawing directly on the phone screen with a pen, which made it awkward a second time.. I had set aside time to go for a consultation, so it was a bit disappointing.. The reason I went in the first place was because a friend's acquaintance had a successful surgery there.
