The consultation manager was extremely kind. I came because a friend said they were really good at eyes, but I was surprised to see there was more criticism than I expected... The doctor gave very detailed consultation too, and since I went in asking about revision eye surgery, he said it seemed like I didn't need it and didn't pressure me about the deposit at all, which really built my trust. But after seeing the posts below, I'm... hesitating a lot..
