I stopped by for a quick nose consultation, but since I hadn't made an appointment I waited almost 40 minutes. An older coordinator consulted with me, and I didn't trust her at all. She showed me a patient who had just come out after surgery right in front of my face and laughed, asking if it wasn't very pretty, so I just left.
