You consult directly with the director, and then the manager explains the price. They tend to do things as naturally as possible, and because they accept the customer's opinion more than the doctor's opinion, if I do not know much about surgery or side effects and just go in for a consultation out of surgical enthusiasm, then if the surgery goes wrong or ends up worse than expected, it can become entirely my responsibility. (This is the same everywhere.) Still, both the director and the manager were kind, and the clinic facilities were not bad.
