The front desk staff were all kind and the facilities were nice, so it was good. The director was also kind and explained things carefully. During the consultation, both the staff and the director seemed to prefer donor rib cartilage. Since this was my first nose surgery, that may be why, but they didn't really recommend autologous costal cartilage. I went in the summer and it was a weekday morning, so maybe there weren't many people, but I was able to consult right away without waiting, and I also got the director consultation right away. I think it would be good for people considering donor rib cartilage rather than autologous costal cartilage.
