The doctor refused treatment, so I entered the estimate as a consultation fee. They say they're specialized in scar treatment, so I went for a consultation to remove my child's scar. But the male doctor looked at my child right in the face with a cold expression, didn't even make eye contact once, and said there was no treatment he could offer for this scar, then walked out. I was really disappointed and furious. It was worse than a phone consultation at another plastic surgery clinic. Now my child has received treatment at another hospital and the scar is barely visible, so we're doing well.
