The staff's attitude and tone of voice were not good, so that part felt a little uncomfortable. It would be nice if they were a bit kinder. The director gave a friendly and thorough consultation. In any case, the surgery is done by the director, so I suppose you don't need to worry about the staff, but I still don't really want to go there.
