I had a procedure there in 2023, and the female doctor was incredibly kind and skilled. The consultation manager was shockingly rude and impolite, which left me in a bad mood. They were so pushy about upselling that they said things like, "If you're only going to do that, why bother? Then don't do it. If that's the case, I don't even know why you're doing this, just decide for yourself," and so on. It was really rude.
