I had surgery with an incision method when I was in high school. I had an epicanthoplasty, and it left a slight scar, and the double eyelid turned out well, but after about 10 years, it completely loosened, so I’m looking into revision surgery. The doctor has a strong sense of pride and doesn’t really do canthoplasty-type surgery, and he only performs it under local anesthesia.
