Just kind of average in a friendly way. The place isn’t super big. The tattoo removal effect seems decent, but the numbing cream doesn’t seem very strong, because the laser hurts so, so much. They fire the laser once, give you 10 minutes to cool down, and then fire it again, so you really have to be prepared before going.
