The manager(?) felt a bit unfriendly and like they didn't know much.. The doctor is the kindest and most thorough plastic surgeon I have consulted with. Also, when consulting about hollow temples, they said that if a person naturally gets tired and looks sunken by evening, they would not recommend surgery, and if it's unnecessary, they plainly say no. So if it's about fat grafting for the upper eyelids, I would want to come back later for another consultation.
