I applied for an event at the clinic and went in for a consultation. The text message said the event price was for people under 52 kg, and there would be an additional fee above that weight. The coordinator consulted with me first, and then the doctor came in. They explained things in detail and carefully checked the design of which areas would be liposuctioned. Since I have a lot of fat, they recommended doing the back area in a second round. The hospital facility seemed a little old, but it was reasonably clean.
