I'm writing this on behalf of a friend. My friend got lip filler, but it was done by freezing the lips with something like a cold piece of metal instead of using anesthetic cream, so she said it hurt a lot. Since the price is cheap, they don't care about the patient's design at all and just inject a lot into the places they do in a factory-like way. But for people who just want their lips to get plumper, it's recommended. You can also get Botox at a low price.
