I've had nose surgery here twice. The first time, when I did a non-open procedure, it really just looked like my own nose, and I could still do a pig nose, with no feeling at all that I'd had cosmetic surgery, but as a cosmetic result it was a bit plain. Then for the revision, I had septal cartilage done, and it was amazing. At least 3 people I know have had surgery here after seeing my nose. The doctor here really prefers a natural look and doesn't like overdoing it Anyway, my nose turned out really well
