The doctor and all the staff were so kind, and the facility was really nice too. They said that unless they're too busy and there aren't any beds available, they take care of you in a private room. I went twice, and both times I was taken care of in a private room. The only issue is that I found this place after watching a video of a well-known dermatology staff YouTuber who got the PicoHi treatment here, while I was researching PicoHi, but the treatment time is quite different. In the video, the first session was 3 minutes 20 seconds and the second was 2 minutes, so it showed more than 5 minutes total, but in reality both of mine seemed to take less than about 3 minutes each. I honestly still don't really know whether it worked well either, so next time I'll go and time the treatment. I bought a one-time trial ticket plus a 5-session ticket and have been using those, and so far I've had one tone-up mode session and one pore mode session. The tone-up effect was briefly noticeable at the time. For 2 to 3 days after that, it felt like my skin tone got brighter, and then after that it felt like it returned somehow... The pore mode is much more immediate and visible. My skin really feels like it improved a lot. But this one also doesn't last very long... Even if treatment has to build up over multiple sessions.... honestly I still don't really know.. Next time I'll go once more and maybe ask for a refund if needed... I'll come back to add an update.
