Honestly the effect isn't that big. You can see something, but it seems to make my face slimmer for about a week and then it quickly goes back to being similar again. I'm the type who bruises easily to begin with, so the small bruises lasted about a week. If you bruise easily, I recommend buying a separate bruise cream at the pharmacy and taking care of it. And even if you make an appointment, there are just too many people I remember the wait was quite long. Also, during the consultation there was a bit of pressure to book about 3 sessions.
