I went in for a consultation for a no-implant first rhinoplasty, and they honestly told me what I could gain from the surgery and what I would have to give up. There was absolutely no pressure to get surgery, and they said to go home, think it over some more, and ask anything I was curious about in the hospital blog comments anytime! I still haven't made up my mind, but I definitely recommend at least going for a consultation.
