When I first went to the clinic, it was very large and there were lots of staff. I went for a consultation twice in total. The first time, I went on a weekday morning, so I had to wait a bit. I first talked with the manager about how I wanted to improve things, and when I went in to consult with the director, they measured my eye line with a ruler at the start, which made me feel they were very meticulous. Even though there were many people waiting, the consultation was detailed and thorough, and they explained one by one why they recommended this surgery. Above all, when I showed them a photo of the line I wanted, they carefully drew the line several times, which I liked. There was no overtreatment, and they said they only do a few surgeries a day, so I made a surgery appointment!
