I went in for a consultation because of a collapsed columella, and they said that improving the collapsed columella would be difficult, so if anything, they could do surgery to raise the bridge and tip of the nose instead. The part I wanted was not that, so our needs didn't match, but after seeing that I was struggling because of my nose, they told me until the end that it's okay even now and not to be too stressed. I think the doctor is a good person.
