Even the desk manager, the consultation manager, and the director were all so kind, and especially the fact that the consultation manager and the director said similar things about my face really stuck with me. They honestly told me which parts were unnecessary or would have little surgical effect, and they answered my questions sincerely. It was such a satisfying consultation!
