I have a long, crooked hump nose, and they were firm in saying that the long and crooked part cannot be corrected, and that if they raise the tip, my nostrils will show more, so if I don't want that, surgery is not possible. They took a side-view photo and did a virtual simulation in Photoshop, and it seems they pursue an extremely subtle and natural line.
