They took a CT scan and photos, then explained things by drawing on the photo with a pencil. They also explained the nasolabial angle in detail, and by showing me a surgery video, it was easier to understand clearly. I showed them pictures of the nose I wanted and we talked it through, and it was a conversation aimed at reflecting the patient’s needs. The reviews said the consultation was extremely long, but the day I went they must have been busy, because it wasn’t that long. The consultation with the director ended in about 10 to 15 minutes. The staff’s friendliness was not especially great.
