The director looked tired. The consultation was done by the director touching my nose and telling me what he would do, and he said to ask if I had any questions, but I didn't really have any, so it felt like it ended in five minutes. It seems to suit people who want something natural. Since he said I didn't need to shave down the hump, I'm still thinking about it.
