First of all, when you go, they don't take a CT. The manager takes photos, and the consultation goes in the order of manager - doctor - manager. I had heard the doctor was blunt and honest, so I went expecting that, and it really was like that. But he was extremely professional, and it gave me the impression that if I trusted surgery to him, at the very least I wouldn't end up ruined by side effects. The manager was very kind, letting me feel her own nose and explaining everything in detail during the consultation. Since I have a bulbous nose, they said I’d need tip cartilage binding, and if necessary they might use septal cartilage or ear cartilage, or silicone...
