I went for a nose surgery consultation and discussed a no-implant option! They took a side-profile photo, turned it into a Photoshop mockup, and showed it to me while explaining everything in detail, so I was satisfied with the consultation. But even though it was my first nose surgery, the price was way too highㅠㅠ So I didn't go ahead with the surgery.
