I had plastic surgery in 2020 and got my chin tip done. The line is honestly pretty, but unlike other places, their method here wasn’t a T-osteotomy; they actually shaved it down. The line really came out beautifully and I like it, but the problem is that my chin started sagging pretty quickly. I’m not sure whether that’s a problem with the surgery itself or an unavoidable issue that happens when the chin is reduced. I do sometimes wonder if it happens more because their rotational bone-shaving method separates the soft tissue from the bone, but I don’t regret getting it done.
