I had to wait about 30 minutes longer than my appointment time, and then I went straight into a consultation with the coordinator. They asked about the line I wanted, whether I wanted canthoplasty, and said they would do their best to match the date I wanted. The coordinator did have a bit of trash-talking about other hospitals... They asked which clinics I had consultations booked at, and when I named them, they badmouthed those other hospitals. Then about 5 minutes later the surgeon came in, and the consultation with the surgeon lasted about 5 minutes? They seemed a little indifferent, but they had written down all the areas I had always felt self-conscious about, so I thought they were professional. They did not push any excessive procedures, and only told me what was necessary. In fact, when I said I wanted a lower canthoplasty, they told me to try double eyelid surgery first and decide later.
