The director was very kind and gave me a good consultation with a dad-like vibe, but the staff sitting at the counter were extremely rude. They didn’t even greet me and were busy whispering among themselves. It was my first consultation, so there was a lot I didn’t know, but the director explained everything patiently and clearly. The consultation manager was also very kind and nice. It would be good if they only improved the counter staff’s training. Also, the facility somehow felt a little old. It seems worth going for a consultation at least once.
