I liked that they showed me using Photoshop. However, they seemed to use an unusual method, like inserting a piece of silicone into the philtrum, which I had never heard of elsewhere, and although the doctor was enthusiastic, I judged that such an uncommon method was risky, so I had my first surgery elsewhere.
