While I was waiting, a staff member suddenly came over and said it seemed difficult to do the consultation today because of the surgery schedule. I had made a reservation and come, so I was a bit taken aback, but after waiting about an hour, they came and consulted with me. They went over the chart based mainly on the consultation I had already had with the staff member beforehand, and their explanations were professional. It felt trustworthy because it seemed like they had done a lot of nose surgeries of a type similar to mine. They use an entire building, so the scale is quite large, and the staff member was kind.
