The consultation was done without a CT, but the doctor looked at my face in detail from all angles and immediately noticed my facial asymmetry. He didn't recommend surgery, saying that even if I had nose revision surgery, the change would not be very significant because of the facial asymmetry. He seemed to treat patients honestly.
