The place I consulted during my clinic-hunting. People who like a flashy nose line would probably like it. To my eyes it looked too artificial, so I didn’t make a reservation. Since it was my first surgery, I wanted to do it without implants, but as soon as I got there they said to put in silicone, which caught me off guard a bit. They didn’t even ask about my preferred aesthetic and seemed to just recommend the kind of nose they personally like. And they recommended autologous costal cartilage from the start. Other clinics told me that ear cartilage or septal cartilage would be enough to get a good result, so it didn’t feel very trustworthy.
