Pros: since it's non-open, there won't be a scar on the columella A relatively safe surgery due to the doctor's conservative judgment Cons: most of the blog posts are from 15 years ago There are only a few before-and-after photos (hard to find cases similar to mine) Being told honestly that the front view would barely change made me not feel very optimistic about the result.
