I had a consultation 2 years ago. The director felt somewhere in between, not overly friendly but not cold either. Since I was waiting inside in advance, the director came in and we went over the photos and talked things through, but they said it didn’t seem like there would be a big change. Their style was very glamorous, so it was different from what I wanted and I didn’t choose them.
