Unlike other places, I consulted with the director first. I actually liked that better. Having to talk to the manager first, then the director, then the manager again! That kind of thing is not great.. The consultation was detailed and had a clean feel. They seem to do a lot of canthoplasty too, and they answered my questions well. They seemed very kind and confident, so I felt good about trusting them for surgery. But they don't seem to be very good at defining the line in detail.
