At first I filled out a questionnaire about the nose I wanted and my surgery experience, then consulted with the doctor. For a first surgery, they said they would use donated rib cartilage + silicone, and the quote was 3.5 million won. The price would be discussed later with the consultant, and there was no cash discount. They explained in detail what kind of nose I wanted and how much silicone would be good to use. The doctor took the photos himself with a tablet.
