They gave a realistic consultation. They clearly distinguished what can be done and what can't be done. They also explained the changes through Photoshop and gave enough explanation for the reasons (I was satisfied with this part). It seems the director has a very firm personal standard of beauty. It feels like they perform surgery as minimally as possible. The director and the staff are all kind.
