They examined me very carefully. I was surprised because they palpated my nose very thoroughly. They were the type who don't recommend unnecessary things. They don't like it when surgery becomes too big, and they seemed to prefer something very natural and stable. But communication may be a little difficult. I think you need to state what you want very precisely and in detail.
