I went for a consultation about 3 years ago, and they consulted me kindly and clearly. They said what I wanted would be difficult, so I didn't have the surgery, but I was glad they explained it so clearly. Back then there wasn't much waiting, but I remember the price being expensive... The hospital atmosphere was nice too.
